feat: add vip_growthpoint_getall - one-click claim all VIP growth rewards (xeapi)

- New module: module/vip_growthpoint_getall.js
- Uses xeapi encryption for direct  endpoint
- No parameters required, claims all completed task rewards at once
- Added TypeScript type declaration in interface.d.ts
- Added API documentation in public/docs/home.md
